Beginning January 2026, Taylor & Brinkley Insurance Agency will officially become Heritage Insurance Agency, a name that reflects the rich family history and values that have shaped us since our doors first opened in 1977.
This change comes as part of a heartfelt transition within our leadership. After decades of dedicated service, Shannon Brinkley will retire effective January 1, 2026. Her commitment, leadership, and care have played a tremendous role in building the agency into what it is today. We are incredibly grateful for her impact and wish her the very best as she steps into this well-earned new chapter.
Honoring Our Past While Looking Toward the Future
With this transition, our team felt it was the perfect time to rebrand in a way that honors the foundation laid by the Taylor and Brinkley families. The name Heritage Insurance Agency reflects the nearly 50 years of service, family values, and community-focused principles that have guided our agency since Jackie Taylor first opened the doors in 1977.
My name is Wesley Hatley, and I’m honored to become the third-generation owner of this family agency. Many of you know me already as I’ve been part of this team since 2017, and I’m proud to continue the traditions and trusted service established long before my time. As Jackie’s grandson-in-law and Shannon’s son-in-law, it is my privilege to carry forward both the legacy and the responsibility of serving you with integrity and care.
